Imperial Linemarking is a Brisbane-based line marking business built on ten years of marking roads, car parks and industrial floors across Australia and the United Kingdom.
Who you are dealing with
Most line marking gets quoted by one person and done by another. Here you deal with the same person from the first phone call to the final invoice — the one measuring your car park is the one spraying it.
That decade covers everything from motorway work in the UK to car parks, warehouses and civil projects here in Queensland, including supervisor-level roles running crews and coordinating works around live traffic. It is the difference between a car park that gets painted and a car park that gets set out.
Why "Imperial"
Line marking is a trade of measurements. Bay widths, aisle clearances, line thicknesses, film builds — get one of them wrong and the whole layout is wrong. Imperial is a nod to that: work that gets measured before it gets marked.
What we run
Marking is sprayed with a Graco LineLazer 130HS airless striper — the machine that gives a consistent film build and a clean edge rather than the feathered, overspray-heavy line you get from cheaper gear. Everything travels on a dedicated ute and trailer setup, so there is no waiting on hire equipment to start your job.
How we quote
On site, free, and in writing. The quote lists what is being marked, what product is going down, and how the site will be staged. If the layout you have asked for will not comply with AS/NZS 2890.1 or AS/NZS 2890.6, that is raised before you commit, not after.

- Accessible baysAS/NZS 2890.6 — accessible bay and shared-area sizing, bollard and sign placement.
- Road markingAS 1742.2 and AS 1742.3 — traffic control devices and marking for roads and works.
- MaterialsAS 4049.3 waterborne road marking paint, applied at the correct film build.
- DocumentationSWMS and JSA supplied before work starts, along with a traffic control plan where the site needs one.
