Warehouse floor marking in Brisbane

Pedestrian routes, forklift lanes, storage bays and keep-clear areas for warehouses and industrial sites across South East Queensland.

Marking built around your site plan

A warehouse layout needs to reflect how people, forklifts and stock move through the building. We work from your agreed traffic or floor plan and discuss doorways, crossings, storage areas and access before setting out the marking.

Floor markings support your site’s traffic management arrangements. They do not replace physical separation, signs, training or a risk assessment where those are needed.

Walkways, storage and exclusion areas

  • Pedestrian walkways and designated crossings.
  • Forklift lanes, directional arrows and give-way points.
  • Pallet, racking and storage bay outlines.
  • Keep-clear areas around exits and emergency equipment.
  • Hazard hatching, loading zones and site-specific lettering.

Colours, wording and line widths are agreed with your site contact so the finished layout matches your operational requirements.

Preparation and coating selection

Concrete condition, existing coatings, sealers, oil and cleaning residues affect adhesion. We assess the surface and intended traffic before recommending preparation and a suitable marking system.

Epoxy or other two-pack coatings may be appropriate for some floors. The product choice and curing window need to suit the substrate and the work area, rather than relying on one paint for every warehouse.

Working around shifts and deliveries

Tell us when forklifts, deliveries and staff need access. Marking can be planned by area or outside normal operating hours where practical, with the curing period included in the access plan.

For a quote, send a floor plan or photos, approximate line lengths or floor area, the existing coating if known, and available work hours. Preparation, set-out, coating and access all influence the price.

Questions about this service

Can you mark an existing coated floor?

It depends on the coating and its condition. We check compatibility and discuss preparation before quoting the marking system.

Can you follow our warehouse traffic plan?

Yes. Supply the current agreed plan, including routes, crossing points and colours. Any site differences can be discussed before marking starts.

How soon can forklifts use the area?

That depends on the selected product and curing conditions. We confirm the required closure period before booking; a touch-dry coating is not necessarily ready for forklift traffic.
