Who calls us in Brisbane
Body corporate and strata managers with basement car parks in Fortitude Valley, West End and Toowong. Retail and medical centre managers on the northside and southside. Builders finishing new-build car parks that need marking before handover. Warehouse and distribution operators through Eagle Farm, Acacia Ridge, Rocklea, Geebung and the Australia TradeCoast.
Basements and multi-level car parks
Low-clearance basements are their own job — tight columns, poor light, no room for a big machine to run a long straight line, and no chance of natural drying. These get marked with quick-drying product, staged level by level, and usually out of hours so residents keep access to at least half the parking.
Working around a trading site
Most Brisbane car parks cannot close. Jobs get staged in sections, or run at night from about 8pm, so bays are back in service before the morning rush. Cones, tape and a traffic control plan are supplied where the site needs them. Recent work from around South East Queensland is in the gallery, and wheel stops and bay signage can be supplied on the same visit.
