Faded bays cost more than looks. A worn car park loses usable spaces, muddles traffic flow and puts you on the wrong side of an insurer or a certifier when something goes wrong in it. Fresh markings can improve the clarity of the layout. We assess the existing set-out and discuss any concerns before repainting.

Low-clearance basements are their own job — tight columns, poor light, no room for a big machine to run a long straight line, and no chance of natural drying. These get marked with quick-drying product, staged level by level, and usually out of hours so residents keep access to at least half the parking.

Common questions
It comes down to bay count, the condition of the surface, and whether the layout is being re-marked or set out from scratch. Re-marking over existing lines is the cheaper option because the set-out already exists. Send through the site address and a rough bay count and you get a fixed price in writing — no hourly rate, no surprises on the invoice.
Basement marking can be quoted after checking clearance, access, ventilation and the surface. Where practical, levels can be staged to retain some parking during the work.
Yes. Most Brisbane retail and medical car parks are marked from about 8pm, or early on a Sunday, so bays are back in service before the morning rush. Otherwise the job is staged in sections — half the car park stays open while the other half cures.
